We are using American Adoptions for ours and they do their paperwork to fit all states requirements for less problems at finalization. They work with Arizona , Arkansas , Florida , Kansas , Louisiana , Missouri , and New Jersey for the HS only and they are also an adoption agency. We have not decided to use them for this. I have been told by pap's that have used the agency part that they have used them again and thought they were wonderful. Only one said the second time was with a different agency and they wished they could go back and have gone thru them again.
