Hello my name is Miguel Capers; I am a 22 year old single African American male looking to adopt an African American/African American, African American/Caucasian or African American/Hispanic child. I am a soon to be college graduate with a B.S in Sociology and Biological Science and have a full time job with steady income. Both my mother and Grandmother are supportive of my decision to do open adoption. The child will be raised in a great and loving environment, with people who love him/her. He/she will be well provided for, well educated and given a great opportunity in life.
