So here's the email I received just awhile ago...sounds like a scam to me but where is it originating from??

My Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
May the Good Lord fill your hearts with joy this New Year 2008. My name is Sr. Mary of the Good Shepherd Home Orphanage. We are having a slight problem in the orphanage and I am still not completely sure If I should be looking in an online forum for advice. I am seriously looking for assistance of any kind to these innocent young souls who by nature are unfortunate to have a true home like you and me. Well we are going through a very difficult and tight situation here with babies since the orphanage is getting saturated and we can't really support the population again. We really don't want the children to go through all these hardship and difficulties we are presently facing. We will want to let them have the chance of a better, happy and good life with a family that is going to provide them with love, care and attention as we have been doing here in the GSH. I was wondering if you can let me know whether you will be interested in adopting a baby. Thank you very much and I will be waiting to read from you soon.

How come when you people scam others you use religion and God as your front. That just makes it that much worse that you are pretending to be God loving and what you are doing is dishonest and cruel.

I received an email from this same lady, with basically the same wording. I don't know where it comes from either, but I am suspicious. I tried Google-ing the Good Shepherd Home Orphanage, and St. Mary's Orphans that was mentioned in the email I received. St. Mary's Orphanage closed in Galveston Texas in 1967. The other name is how I came across your post. When I put in the Web address from the bottom of your email that comes up as a free domain site with no registration under childrengoodshephome.co.nr. I have been contacted like this before from some people in Camroon Africa as part of a baby scam they were running. I would hate to let an opportunity slip through my fingers, but I got red flags immediately from this one, please be careful whatever you choose.
