My niece had a beautiful little girl in nov 2010 when CAS got involded they told her that if she stays with her boyfriend she will loose her daughter because of his record and he had already lost his twins boys because he had broken of of his boys leg,So my niece went and lived with my sister and because of the fighting in the home the baby was taking away from the CAS. they ask my niece where she would like to see her daughter go and then ask me to take her in,I have been taking care of this little girl since dec 23 -2010.They have there visits twice a week and now my niece sat me down and ask me to adopt her daughter ,i told her that i was okay with this but before i needed to know what the father thinks about it and he agreed that she would be better off with me.I dont have the money to bring in a lawyer for this,i was told that they can just sign a paper giving me the right to adopt her,Im in canada ontario so if anyone knows anything about this i would appreciate the help ↓
