they expect you to pay thousands of dollars up front to even start and then keep paying through out the whole process where a lawyer well do a check on the adoptive parents and it still does not cost as much as an agentcey. lawyers here in alabama are much cheaper and they let you pay what you can when you can. i know that agencies rip people off!! they make good money doing what they do thats for sure. ↓

if real people with real children up for adoption would really contact real prospect parents and could schedule a phone or a real conversation, or even a meeting to get to know people who would really give the babies and children a good life. there are real people who has a good home good jobs and a good life who can't afford to pay thousands of dollars at once to adopt and all they want is children to share their love with.some could afford a lawyer and make small payments to adopt but if this was real and people were desperate to find a good home for their child then there would be more positve going on instead its all about people knowing other people and lying and scaming. i bet half of the stories are fake or kids messing around on the computer. you need to really think before you joke with peopls emotins i know i have been there. you who arre joking or playing around it could come back to you one day.god said vengance is mine saith the lord. by the way have you all talked to jesus or ask jesus into your heart? well if not you might want to think about it. he died for our sins and when we die we may live forever in heaven with him.if half of you were christians you wouldn't have to be looking for homes for the children because you wouldn't be having sex before marrige. ist a different story with rape or sex without being a christian or if you are unable to take care of the child. thank god there are people out there who want and can care for these children. pray and ask jesus into your hearts and find a church and get a bible then you will have a better understanding about life and after death. sin is sin and hell is real please change your ways. ↑ |

| yes i did not go through a liscened agencey because we did check on a bunch of different ones and they were all too expensive.so through a lady that i knew from work had a niece who said she didnot want her baby so she wanted to talk to me and she decided she would let us adopt the baby she was 17 and her grandother had gardianship over her and we all went to a very well known lawyer in alabama close to where we all lived and we took the legal action to be done in alabama for a person to person adoption. ↑ |

| it is true that every state and every situation has different rules for adoption. i was just stating the rules in alabama. if someone says i want you to adopt my child then we go to the lawyers office and he talks to both parties and does the paperwork. ↑ |

I was trying to tell people that Chat Rooms are NOT places for adoptive parents to solicit birthparents. It is not appropriate for hopeful parents to post “I can help” messages, or internet addresses for birthmothers to visit, or to send this type of e-mail to birthmothers.
Conversely, it is not appropriate for birthparents to use the Chat Room to solicit adoptive parents. There is no way of knowing which parents on the message board are qualified to adopt.
I recommend that you search for licensed adoption agencies in your state. Any of these agencies can assist you with options planning.
Everyone got made that I was saying this and they assured me that everyone has to go through a homestudy before they can adopt. And then you just posted that since you used an attorney that you did not have to complete a homestudy. ↑ |
