She was abandon by her birthmother shortly after birth and has been with a Cradle Care provider ever since. She is healthy, thriving but in need of a forever family to love, cuddle and cherish her. She is available for immediate placement with a Tennessee family only who is home study ready. Because the birthmother abandon the baby this will be considered a legal risk situation for 60 days – after those 60 days then the biological rights will be terminated and irrevocable according to Tenn. law.
