she asked me if I was interested in adopting her sisters 2 boys do to her recent marriage. She told me that her husband doesnt want them. Also that her sister and brother inlaw died. She didnt show or tell me about any girls. Who is the attorney/facilitor that she told you she was working with? I know nothing about the twin girls as I didnt even know she had any. The boys I would say the youngest maybe 2 and the older maybe 6, she only sent me pics. ↑

Twin girls? Boys? Work it out!!!!!! And why would someone in England need to go to the US to have children placed?? You don't think England is full of worthy childless people either?? ↑

England is a country that I do not believe allows out of country adoption of their children. They would find many many willing familes right there in that country willing and able to adopt a child or children.
Best wishes, also ask for her phone number many out of Cameroon claim to be out of England or Spain for some reason.

Does she have legal custody as in guardianship? Or has she adopted them? If this is a real situation she would have to meet those criteria just to be able to place her sisters kids. ↑
