these babies are cared for and raised by our foundation called desperate children institute.(DIC)Africa,Cameroon.we are responsible for the bringing up of these babies from unwanted parents,but some times because of financial constrain,we adopt some of them especialy the very young ones to parents promising to take good care of them as their own parents. ↓
