Hi everyone - this is a scam. I talked with this woman over the phone. She is in Spain. I talked with the US embassy there and found out that the only people who may adopt from Spain are actual Spainish residents and that the government picks the family, not the individual. It is very different there than in the US. Don't waste your emotions on this one. ↑
