my friend just told me i can adoped her baby she is 7 mounths with a girl .
I dont know where to start do i just go to my lawyer and have him drow up the papers and when the babys
born she and i sine them?

YOu need a Lawyer, A homestudy, Depending on the state you also need a an agency to work with. So much depends on the laws also where is the birth father? He has very specific rights. Also make sure any papers are spell checked.
