Since when was stealing other Adoptive Moms Writings and Personal Information ok? I know what you did. You went to MY website and STOLE my work and sent it to others as yours! I had a few other choice things to call you but decided I'd handle this the legal way!
You know that Attorney you posted as yours? Well expect him to be receiving a call real soon about your plagiarism!!
In case you don't know what that means:
"plagiarize" means
1) to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own
2) to use (another's production) without crediting the source
3) to commit literary theft
4) to present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source.
In other words, plagiarism is an act of fraud. It involves both stealing someone else's work and lying about it afterward.
But can words and ideas really be stolen?
According to U.S. law, the answer is yes. The expression of original ideas is considered intellectual property, and is protected by copyright laws, just like original inventions. Almost all forms of expression fall under copyright protection as long as they are recorded in some way (such as a book or a computer file). ↓

She stole from another family...why NOT be so cruel??? We went through scams and reclaims, over and over...I never went as low as to STEAL from another family! what she did is illegal!

Not that it matters HOW I know, it's just THAT I know and her Attorney will know come Tuesday.
But if you MUST know, she wasn't smart enough to remove my links from the info she sent and it sent the lady right straight to MY website. My husband and I WROTE those words and she played them off as her own. ↑ |

Everyone, I know Teresa, she is not Janet.
She also like me, used to advertise on adoptads.
We were both scammed by Belinda Ramirez, (Belinda is now in jail.)
Teresa, please apologize to Marie, taking someone else's profile is horrible. I had it done to me once,part of my profile was also stolen, and I know first hand that it is a terrible thing for an AP to do to another hopeful adoptive parent.
Teresa, lack of judgement was utilized here. Teresa, please do the right thing and apologize to Marie.
Marie, I have been there, it is a lousy feeling.
