My problem is i have a gr8 partner & a wonderful dad. We have 2 aged 7 & 10 & i want to go for my 3rd. I spoke to my partner & he was dead set against a 3rd. His reason being he gets up 4 work at 2 in mornin & just doesnt want to have broken sleep. He is 43 & i am 33. He knows how desperately i want it so he has agreed to have 1 just to make me happy. but i dont want him to have 1 for that reason i want him 2 have 1 cos he wants 2 have 1. My biggest fear is that if i go ahead with this that my relationship will turn sour and i love him 2 much 2 lose him over this can any1 help

my boys are 8,11 and 2. All I can say is that the 3rd was way more work than I ever imagined. My husband was OK with having a 3rd but not thrilled. I will say there is NO Way I could have made it with out his support and share in the sleepless nights, homework, carpool etc..
Having the 3rd really took me away from the other 2, my husband and well me time... forget about it . Ha.
I was a fantastic mother of 2 but mother of 3 now I am unorganized, forgetfull, fat, tired and always feeling quilty because I can not spread myself around to the boys.
To sum it all up.... IT TAKES 2 ... Good luck

2 children are ideal. be happy with what you have now and repect your partners desire not to have anymore kids.
