We are going to Disney world next week, and will be flying there. Does anyone have any advice on flying with an autistic child, and do airlines provide any special help? I am very nervous about this trip, he is VERY aggressive and I don't know what I will do if he has a meltdown at 30,000 feet.
HELP!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure, if there is any special help for autistic kids on the plane. I took my kids to Germany when they were little. The time in the airport was almost worse than on the plane (if that is possible). Just make sure you let the flight attendants know, that you have a child with special needs. I didn't do that at first and got alot of weird looks from other passengers.
Good luck!
