Can children with aspergers behave well at school and then out of control at home.

ANY child be it autistic, asperger or neurotypical can behave badly out of school. They have to conform in school to certain rules and routines and therefore need some kind of release from that when they get home.
It all depends on the child how you deal with this, my eldest son who has higher functioning autism is allowed to do certain things his way for a little while before i put any of my demands on him. For example, read a story or watch a film or whatever he wants to do for a while. My youngest who is severely autistic and very hyper gets some charging around and jumping on his trampoline time first and then responds better to me.
It's trial and error to see what they respond best to. Good Luck!
