Your just a bit of a show-off. Im still in my first year of comp and imm 11 years old. When you speak to popular people they dont answer you if you arent "pretty enough,got stylish clothes,a cool phone,have hundreds of friends,and have streight hair with highlights" so I suggest, that everyone is popular in a form that alot of people dont realize, You have friends, not lots of them who stab you in the back but a few who are really nice,,,you have a beautiful inner belife in your friends and family and love them dearly, and be friendly to those who are friendly to you, and those who take no notice of you, dont take any notice back (:, hope I helped you SaySay x;

Im Lucy and im 11 years old, I haven't been in this situation before because Im only 11 and no one asks me out :( , but ill try answer for you ☺.
If your best friend is a really good friend, ask them, if they laugh at you and deny your thoughts they are not a very good friend. But if then they are kind about it you can ask them to ask their brother if they fancy anyone, and because they are really close they will probably tell eachother.
