Hi all, my Girlfriend and I found this site in a search to learch more about a problem we just discovered. She is producing very small amounts of a whitish fluid out of her left breast, as in only a pin-drop or two at a time.

It has been about three weeks since her last period (during which she actually bred pretty heavy). but we play with and suck on her breasts regularly, and we are both concerned about her possibly being pregnant even though we use protection.

so bassically, can women lactate without being pregnant?

Hi, Young and Confused
I am having the same problem. That's funny. I have a daughter that's 16 months and I am producing small amounts of fluid from my breast. I can get about 3 or 4 drops. I dunno. I was refered to goto my doctor.

I had the exact same problem. I have gone to see a doctor and she said that it is normal. Apparently the breast has very soft tissue around it which may cause the ducts to become infected or you may have a duct disease. I was told that to keep an eye on it go back in when you have a pap test done and ask them to keep checking it out. Also according to Cosmo magizine, having your breasts played with and sucked on causes slight leaking. It is not breast milk, just a clear or milky looking substance from the breast. I worried non-stop that I was pregnant, I took 2 tests and had my period, but it turned out to be nothing.
