I left my ex Aug 2005 I have been in a constant custody battle ever since. I have ALL kinds of media handed in as exibits in court, of burned hands,pulled tendions,bruises. Family services has been contacted many times, by many diffierent people, but since he is in another state 2 hours away family services unsubstainets every time. I thought they weren't suppose to change it once it was substainted that was it. My son 4 now 18 months when we left. Has been burned, I didn't find out until 6 days later. Hello why wasn't I notified. Pulled tendions, my ex ran over him with a tractor, he couldn't walk for over a week. Bruises so bad he couldn't even walk. I picked him up during one visit and he said,"OUCH Momom". I cried!!! He had bruises which his father tried to hide from the NEW woman of the house. So he could play his,"Good daddy" role to make himself look like the "Perfect father" to her. She is now 7/8months pregnant, and I sure feel sorry for that little boy. He's sure in for a treat. I've lost many jobs going back and forth to court, and the judge must have been paid off. Nobody gives a child to such an abusive , neglecting father unless paid off. Not with all the information I had!! The next hearing is an appeal, and it doesn't look good. What can I do to expose this awful situation? I've contacted raido, media, etc... HELP ME PLEASE! ↓
