My husband's ex-wife claims she is too sick to work anymore and is now on indefinite disability. However, she isn't sick and just returned from vacation.. one week in NYC and another week in Chicago. She also purchased a motorcycle. However, she claims she can't work.. and she found some doctor to back her false claim. I say if she is too sick to work, she is too sick to care for the children and that we should get full custody. She did this before... just before she filed for divorce.. trying to claim that she couldn't work, so she could get alimony (which she didn't) Any advice on what to do with the current situation? ↓
