Even though she left you for another man you can NOT bad mouth her in court. I had a friend go to court and tell the judge how good of a mom she was and that he wants the kids to see both of them as much they can. She went in telling how bad of a dad he was and making up lies. End result is that he got full C of all the kids. ↑ |
