First we live in CA and my boyfriends ex wants full custody and possibly supervised visits if any at all. They may have had alot of problems but he is a good dad and she is definately doing this to hurt him. She is bi polar manic depressive but supposedly got written off by a doctor that she doesnt need her pills anymore. They got into a big fight one day because she wouldnt let him take his daughter inside to say hi to his mom and as she was pulling and squeezing his broken hand he bent hers back and said quit it or i will break your hand too. it was a huge thing and she wanted to get a restraining order on him after that even though she was the one who would call 17 times in half an hour and email me multiple times etc. anyway he emailed her asking to drop all of this and just work it out and he was arrested for that. So yes he made some poor decisions but he is a good dad and misses his daughter so much. they have mediation tomorrow..any advice? how good are her chances of getting supervised or no visitation with father? also she doesnt want his parents to see the baby even though they took her in when she got kicked out of her house a while back. do they have any rights? I know this isnt really a big concern but will i be able to see the baby too if we get married? I know the mother will not want me around at all. ↓
