Name: amanda Title: My ex-husband has my son and won't give him back

My ex=husband kept my son after his visitation....my son who is seven refuses to come home and his father won't just let me take him....the cops won't help...i have filed a writ of habeous corpus...does anyone know if this will help me  ?
