my husband soon to be x husband is not my baby daughters father we married while i was pregnant and he has had very little to do with her unless he would have some kind of personal gain from it. he is fighting for visitation with her and i want paternity testing and an end to his rights its not like they have some great bond or anything he just wants to be mean to me and that is why he wont let it go what do you think that i should do? ↓

Hi Cherisa, I am a bit confused! I thought I just read a post in SAHM where you said you got married after Elisha died, which was when you baby was 12 weeks old..........am I missing something........my brain is a bit rusty lately...lol!!! ↑

take it one step at a time. get a paternity test. if he's not the father, he won't get rights anyway. are you sure tho, that it will not be detrimental to your daughter to take away the only father she knows? I don't know the whole situation, but if he's been the one around, she may be attached at some level, and that could hurt her. ↑
