I don't know your situation. But, I'm wondering why you have not been receiving it already? Why would it be morally wrong for the bio father to aide in the care of his child? ↑ |
Yes it is true!!!!!! And it would be the only RIGHT thing to do!!!!! Your son deserves this financial support!!!!! And so do you! You didn't make this baby alone you know!? If he is working you can find out where and they can garnish his wages! Plus you could even get his INCOME TAX MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! OH YES YOU CAN!!!!!!! I'm not sure who you have to talk to about it maybe call the child support hotline? But they can't help you if you are recieving government assistance. If that's the case then talk to your welfare dept. Allthey need to know to begin garnishing his wages is where he works I think but if you have his s.s.# then that's even better for you!!!!!! Act fast!!! ↑ |
Also if the father is on disability himself then you arent going to be owed much. I think someone on disability either only has to pay like $10 or maybe even nothing, check it out though for sure! ↑ |
$10 monthly is what I meant. If he's on disability himself,(the father.) ↑ |
Call CSE!! ( child support enforcement) I think they have an 800# I'm sorry I don't know it. They will send you where you need to go in your area. They will do anything it takes. ↑ |
Okay what you need to do is try to take your ex husband to court, it is not wrong. Your ex husband should be providing half of your sons needs. You need help, and my mom only gets 200$ for me and my sister combined, good thing her and my step dad have good jobs or else, that 200 dollars barely covers our grocieries ! ↑ |
