Separated for four months now. At first the kids alternated weeks, both with me one week then both with her the next. Then my 11 year old decided to stay with me full time and my 13 year old stays with mom. They visit the other parent every other weekend so the kids are together each weekend with a different parent. 11 year old doesn't like to stay with mom but mom is planning to take her out of state for the holiday and will brook no opposition. 11 year old does not want to go but mom won't budge. We have no legal agreement so I could just say no but that sets me up at the receiving end of a vindictive woman's reaction. I don't think I can take that again. However, I don't want to interfere with the potential for my 11 to have a good relationship with her mom and making my 11 go with her at Christmas is not doing herself any favors. 11 year old resents that. What should I do? ↓
