Hi Ladies,
I am having my first ultrasound this Thursday, I was just wondering what I should see or hear at 10 weeks, and does it help relieve some worry too when you see it.
I will let you know how it goes too!

I had a transvaginal u/s at 9 weeks. I still have the pics on my mantle; I should probably put the pics from my most resent /s up there instead. We saw the yolk sack and umbilical cord and this litlle itsy bitsy baby. When you see it on screen, you don't even realize that it's the size of a jellybean. My little girl was floating around, and we got a really cute pic of her all bundled up. There's not much to them that far along, but it was cool to see her so early.

Hi connie,
You should be able to see the yolk sac and a tadpole of a baby with a beating heart. You might even see your little one swimming around. At 10 weeks, you might even be able to distinguished little arms and legs. Good luck. It's an awesome experience.

when i was about 13 weeks along with my daughter she looked like one of those little jumpimg beans! lol all i saw was this little thing shaped like a lima bean that was constantly bouncing up and down in there...then at 19 weeks when i found out she was a girl it looked a bit more like a baby even though its freaky because its just the little skeleton.....then at 8 months i had the 3d ultrasound which was AWESOME!! we got some really good pics of her in there and when she was born she looked just like the pictures it was amazing!

I had one at 9wks i'm now 12wks and we got to see our little bean #5 with a fluttering heart. At 13 weeks you see alot more, it's soo amazing how such a short amount of time makes in fetal growth. Best Wishes to you!

I had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks 3 days, or so I was told so my due date was recalculated accordingly. Mine was transvaginal and I got to see the baby and hear his/her heartbeat. That was profound. He/she was the size of a peanut.

I had my ultrasound and wow, I couldn't acualty believe my eyes. The little peanut was facing us, so we could see the head, the little arms, legs and the heartbeat 170.The tech pointed out the yolk sac (which see said was important). So I feel alot better and do feel prego now. I can't to find out what it is.
