Everyone is different. I always seem to gain the most weight in the begining of my pregnancies and then it slows towards the 3rd tri mester. I think I've put on about 20 lbs already and I am only 17 weeks. Is this your fiest baby? I read on a pregnancy site somewhere that by 17 weeks u should have gained about 15 pounds..who knows for sure. If u are really concerned just aske your doc. he/she will advise as to whats the appropraite weight gain for how far along you are.

hey there. im 29 weeks pregnant and ive gained about 25lbs also. im a few weeks ahead of you but i think your ok..they tell me that im a little underweight but i was before i got pregnant so it shouldnt be that big of a deal. i guess it depends on before also.

They always say everyone is different but your only suppose to gain about 25 pounds if your normal weight before hand. If your underweight like I was at 115 then I was aloud to gain like 30 or so. I'm 32 weeks now and have only gained 15 pounds total so I'm still small but the baby is perfect weight and length. I'd say take it easy on what you eat cause you gain the most weight towards the end of your pregnancy. Take care and good luck. I'd ask the your doctor though at your next visit. xoxo.

Woohoo I am as far along as you! I am not sure how much I have put on but as longas the baby is healthy who cares right? Most people can't even tell that I am pregnant and that's more irritating at times!

I don't think it matters as long as you feel good about yourself cause no matter what pregnant women are always beautiful and sexy. [3 xoxo
