Was induced on friday July 28th (my B-Day) at 9:00 pm
the cervidil helped soften the rest of the cervix that the Evening Primrose oil gels started. I was then given a dose of certotek and it didnt do anything, they tryed a second pill the next day with no avail... Finally Sun morning they started the potocin because I was 3 cm. It took until 7:13 P.M. to be fully dilated to 10 and five pushes and a vacuum and here he is. He weighs 8lbs and 6 0z 21 and a half inches long born on 07-30-06. I am so angry 15 minutes prior to leaving the hospital his pediatrician said you can go home but your baby stays here.I am so hurt and upset I feel like dying.... ↓

Congrats. My lil girl had to stay as well due to her Jaundice hopefully when my lil guy comes in October he wont have to stay :). Im glad you had him and hope there is nothing serious wrong with him because he had to stay ↑

Thanks, But he is still not home. I had him transported to a closer hospital today that has a nicu. Just found out that even though I had a rhogham shot that our blood streams still crossed in the placenta. He has to have his blood filtered to remove my negative antibodies. His jaundice got worse today but now they have him on triple light therapy. ↑

Poor lil guy. Hope all goes well and hopefully you can bring him home soon even if you have to get the at home Billi lights like I had to do. Its much more relaxing having him with you. ↑
