When I was working I actually brought a pillow to work. The cause of your back pain is probably your sciatic nerve. As your uterus continues to grow your back will take on more weight and pressure. ↑ |

prenatal yoga is a great way to strengthen your back muscles and at the same time stretch them. It also will help w/ breathing tecniques that can assist you in delivery. If you don't have a class nearby, I would recommed buying a tape. It really helps!! ↑ |
