Well let's see her birthday party went amazingly! It was so much fun and she had a great time. I made her a special cake, it was low sugar with cool whip as icing and strawberries all around it. She really just ate the strawberries and kept spitting the cake out lol. She was overwhelmed by the present opening and did not open a single present. Aside from that it was lovely, hopefully I will put some pictures up soon!
We went to her 12 month check up yesterday. She is 21 pounds 15 ounces and in the 60% and is 29 1/2 inches long also in the 60% her head is 17.5 inches around and in the 50%
She got 3 shots and we are holding off on the MMR until 15 months. The only complaint the doctor had is that she isn't saying any words. So if she doesn't start saying words with meaning by 15 monhs she has to go to some specialist. So that sucks. Aside from that the doctor was very happy. Oh except that she had a surprise double ear infection. :(
We also went to our first Gymboree class yesterday and Brooke loved it! It was so much fun for her to be around other kids her age and one mom and I really hit it off, so maybe I will make a friend in real life lol.
Brooke is offically off the bottle as well, has been for 5 days now. It was no big deal. She didn't seem to care at all. She also is on whole milk. So everything is going wonderfully!
Just a few more days until Gabby's first birthday!!! How is everyone doing? ↓
