so i know it is a common topic...i know what it does and how to use it but my question is have many of you had a positive experiance with epro? I have started using it...just wondering if it has worked for you ↓

I never used it, but I think a few of the women on here have and loved it... some of them have just started it now... sorry I can't help LOL ↑

I started using it a week ago.

I went from being completly closed to being 2cms dialated and 50% effaced. It seems to be working to me, the only thing I can say is I swallow mine becuase inserting it causes the oils to leak out for hours and I just didnt like that feeling.

I just started it a few days ago. I have only been inserting 2 capsules (500 mg) at night cause like Megan said, the oil running out feels nasty. At some point after I get checked next week I might start taking the other 2 doses orally during the day, but if I'm progressing okay I prob. won't. ↑

i think 35 weeks at the earliest. but with your first its best to wait until 37 ↑

just a reminder you should only take 2000mgs a day :) ↑
