Hi I'm due March 28, 2006. This is my second child. I'm concern because I'm fearing labor. The first time I didn't know what to expect. I got an epidural at 7cm and couldn't feel myself pushing so they had to use forcepts. I almost passed out when I saw them. I gained 30lbs with my first son and he was 8lbs 5 oz. He shouldn't have been that hard to push out. I've been trying to do these kegel exercises to strengthen my muscles but I'm not sure if I'm doing them right. Are there any other exercises I should be doing?
