Ok this may seem odd lol. Who all did you younger (i mean 16-19 ish) moms have in the delivery room with you? I'll be 18 at the time and right NOW Im so not comfy with my mom being in the room. Were any of you that way? Did your feelings change?

I was 18 when I delivered, and I just had my boyfriend (and the doctor and nurses of course) in the room. He wanted to be there. My parents AND his parents wanted to come in, but I thought that would be awkward. I was always sure I only wanted my boyfriend in the room, and I'm glad I made that decision before the actual time of the delivery. I told the nurses that I only wanted him with me, and they politely asked everyone else to stay outside.

I was 19 when I had my first son, and I felt like you....ohhhhhhh but when the day came......I wanted my mama!!!!!!!! The feeling of wanting my mom there with me was just a natural as being in labor or even breathing!!!!!!! Why don't you want her with ya, if you don't mind me asking?

I wanted only my mom and my bf because my mother has gone through so many brith and she helped out alot because me and my bf were scared. So if you are close to your mother let her in.
