| Hi, i am due Nov 3th. Some tips for you all -doctor advise to walk more will help to shorten the labour time. Besides, you could drink some coconuts, it will reduce the jundice of the baby. drink red dates water every day and drink some honey to reduce heat in your body. ↑ |
