For the single mom's to be - I'm 27,single, and just graduated from University. I'm over 7 weeks pregnant. I'm due March 21. I have very supportive family and friends and have decided to keep this pregnancy. I'm in councelling to help me cope. I'm also considered a high risk pregnancy due to my bicornuate uterus. Aug 9 is my first Obs visit. I'm very very tired, breast hurt soooo much already and are huge. No sickness as of yet. I would really like to befriend other single mom's and chat with them on MSN or something for support. For those who are also expecting, I wish you all well. =

I became a single Mom when my husband divorced me back in 1999. My children were 7 and 6. It was hard. I ended up going back to college and getting my Bachelor's working part-time and taking care of the kids. It is not easy, but I think the saying that helped me was "God doesn't give you anything more than you can handle". I hope all goes well for you. I am remarried and expecting August 20th. Find your support group and keep in touch with them. It is always nice to know that you can talk to people who are going through what you are.
