So, U/S today. Last u/s (4wks ago) I drank all of my water---nearly burst, got on the paper coated table and within 4 seconds u/s tech told me my uterus was 'tilted' so she'd have to do a transvag. u/s so I got to go pee before us-thank god!
...however todays U/S (12wks) didn't drink nearly enough water...pulling out of the driveway in total, dire pain I begged Troy to back the truck up so I could run in the house and pee 'just alittle'. phew, slightly better. We live in the country (20min drive to clinic) we get 3/4 of the way there and I'm totally prepared to just pee on the truck seat. Troy (think he really just wanted a coffee!!) pulls into the nearest Tim Hortons and I run into the mens bathroom (womans was occupied!) and pee just 'alittle bit more....and then a bit more...'etc.
PHEW-feel better but I'm late for my appt. now, and prob. going to get yelled at for being late and for not having a full bladder!! (But seriously, I thought I was going to die!!!) Walk into the office, embarresed cause I'm so late--and I don't even feel like I have to pee anymore.
Luckily they could (aggrivatedly), 'fit me in'.
I lay on the paper bed waiting for the cold gel, the pressure of the u/s device on my belly and doesn't the friggen tech say "ohhh, you're WAAAYYYYY too full"
what..the....hell???!?!?! how does that work??
made me go pee 'alittle bit' and I swear I had to force it!
took all of her measurements--in record time cause I was late.
Next time I am drinking a sip of water and nothing else!!!!!!!!! ↓
