I got screwed on this one...lol! june 25th the baby's daddy and I got in an argument so i went to his friends mary's house to talk to another girl about this. Well we were drinking and being stupid and started talking about pregnancy. I told her there was a chance I was pregnant-and she thought she might have been too. (partly b/c my doc switched my birth control.) I tried before but it was neg. So we both took first response test hpt test. Both of us came back neg. I was relieved.
So I continued to party with my friends unaware I was actually pregnant. Then by june 29th I had this weird feeling come over me after I was driving home from a party. I got in a major fight with stephen that night and the police!!! I was moody as all hell. (car wreck) this guy hit my car and ran the scene.
Well, when that happened I was completely upset and blown out of propotion for no reason. Kinda like pms but 10xs worse. i got really moody and out of control for one day.
july 4th, 2005 I went to work and couldn't stay awake for no reason at all. I kept dosing off like i never slept in my life. I was on the sales floor with my head down on my desk snooring. i had plenty of sleep the night before but I was drained.
I was invited to 3 major parties for 4th of july and I went home to change after work before the party. I walked in my apartment and collasped. fully dressed, just fell asleep basically where I was standing and slept on the floor for while. in the middle of the night found the strenght to move to my bed. missed 4th of july.
That night I had a dream.
EAT YOUGURT. EAT YOUGURT. EAT YOUGURT. THE BABY NEEDS YOUGURT.
I dreamed of strawberry yougurt and plain yogurt.
July 5th, i woke up lying on my back next to the floor-one hand across my chest. I didn't move for several minutes-kina shocked about my dream. -thought a second..."thats funny"-I raised my hand off my chest and said "I'm pregnant I better buy yougurt."
I went to walmart, bought like a cartful grocery picked up that stupid hpt test again! first response. took the test and all 3 came back postive.
I was said to be 4 weeks at the time-and the test came back negative before-so I have no clue why.
my first signs were incredibly moody for one day, and fatigue to the point i couldn't do anything. since the 4th week i've had no other symptoms at all. my morning sickness was at like 9 weeks for a week-thats it. no sysptoms at all really. ↑ |

| I took my hpt around 3-4 weeks and it came back positive. ↑ |
| I tired one of those earlier ones and had to take 3 before I got a positive result, by the time my period was due anyway. My recommendation, to save time, worry and money is wait a day or two till after you're due then grab a regular kit -or better still nip to the Dr. ↑ |
| Thanks so much to all that replied. It is very nerve racking to wait. I sometimes think it is so much in my head that I am giving myself symptoms...but I also am moody like I am when I PMS. Who knows? I guess I will play the wait game. ↑ |
