I have been soooooooooo tired lately especially today. I have a hard time sleeping at night too. I am still working, due Aug. 16th and have no idea how to get more energy to make it through a work day. Any suggestions?

I'm due in June I have the same problem I can't sleep at night all I can do is think about the pregnancy and my mind is always running and I can't seem to shut it off to sleep! I started drinking coffee again in the morning just 2 cups to get me going. I try to lay down for a good hour after work before I start supper and that helps to get me get a second wind during the day. At work I try to eat a lot of fruits for energy. I think insomnia is normal at least we will be use to the lack of sleep when the baby gets here

Im due June 7th..working full time and I have a 3 year old son. So its hard to get a nap in and at night I cant breathe so I end up awake most of the night. I have also started drinking coffee to help. My suggestion would be to take a break. Maybe take a monday and friday off work so you have a 4 day weekend, and do NOThing. DO you have any other kids? If this is your first pregnancy, I know you are tired, but really enjoy the fact that you can nap! Aug 16th will be here before you know it, hang in there. :)

Just wait til you have to get up every two hours to nurse or prepare a bottle.
