My kids father and I got into this huge arguement and we started physically fighting on Saturday and the cops were called. He hasn't called or even come to see the kids since. I have a feeling it's really over and he is going to go to family court to get visitation rights. I am just wondering how can I make it possible for them to be supervised? ↓

First off i'm sorry the argument lead to violence.

Supervised visitaions is to protect the best interests of children. Based on issues of protection and safety, if this isn't the first time getting into it physically you may have a case. If he's the "violent" one, the judge may grant supervised supervision. ↑

He had left me bruises on my arm from the way he grabbed me I left these scratches on his face. The cop freaking tells me if I press charges he can press charges too. I'm like wtf this was self defense. I have never called the cops before so there is no evidence of anything. ↑

I have bruises right now I can take picture of, but that would just show he was abusive to me not the kids. ↑
