Hey girls - this is off topic to pregnancy, but last night Andy snapped at me and said something hurtful. Then when he tried to apologize I said, "I don't want to f***in talk to you right now." I went to bed, then got up with Sophie this morning. Later on when he got up and got ready for work, he came out to the living room and said, "Are you still not talking to me?" I knew the right thing to do was to tell him why what he said upset me, but really I just want to punish him and give him the silent treatment. Do you guys ever get like that? Like you know what the right way to behave is, but you still choose to be immature or whatever? I know if I just talk to him about it everything will be fine - we have a good relationship, but dammit, it's almost like I'm enjoying having a reason to be pissed off!

Jeesh, I wish my guy was as apologetic and nice! Lol

When he does something bad and I get hurt, I'm the one on the receiving end of the silent treatment.

He'll never apologise either.

Hmm...what a kid, eh.

Men.

Apparently not all though :P

Thanks girls. I feel better knowing I'm not the only one who behaves this way! I wonder when I'll finally grow up?? You'd think a husband, a baby, and anothe one on the way would have matured me by now, but apparently it hasn't1

Mara I think we are twins lol. I also sometimes am a bitch, but it gets turned around that it was him, and he apologizes and is all nice. I think it's b/c we are women and we have "female problems" lol

Yeah - and I don't even use the pregnancy excuse. I'm generally pretty mellow, but sometimes - it's like all this built up anger and resentment come spewing out and I want to kill someone!

lol, Chris isn't here for me to vent my anger, so i just yell at any thing, and the dog gets on my nerves so easily, so i yell at him a lot too! lol poor puppy!

Oh gosh, you could have been describing me! I'm glad I'm not the only one telling myself to grow up :) I can't keep the silent treatment going for too long though. It really bothers my hubby when I'm upset and he's away so much that I don't want to waste time being pissed when he's home. I'd rather be...
