]Watch out for this woman as well. She is on here
]posting about scammers. But she herself is a scammer.
]I was contacted by some ip's off a group that I am in
]and they all (3 sets of parents) have been scammed by
]her. She has a contract that asks for a deposit once
]signed. Once that deposit is sent. You don't hear from
]her again. She is not a surrogate, not an ip, not even
]an egg donor. She is just a plain troublemaker. Starts
]trouble for legitimate people involved in surrogacy,
]as well as, those who are scammers. She causes trouble
]for anyone that mouths off to her. She seems to be
]connected to a lady from Alabama, they often tag-team
]their scams.

This was posted by the ever spiteful and notorious scammer Janet Posey as we have outed her on the Adoption Forum for lying and posing as a pregnant teenager intending to give up her baby for adoption. In reality she is a fat 31 year old woman from Mississippi who has made up many aliases in order to scam people out of baby goods or money. Google her name.

Well all i have got to say to this kind of thing....people who are honestly genuine about going through a process to have a child etc...would NOT advertise online and if your stupid enough to even consider it..well then thats your own fault.

It is a violation of babyCrowd's term of agreements to
"Post any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials or any other form of solicitation without the express permission of BabyCrowd.Com"

*****
I think posting threads asking if anyone is interested in using you as a surrogate is soliciting. Also, posting a thread stating that you are looking for a home for your child is soliciting. Also, posting threads asking people to contact you to arrange possible adoptions is soliciting.

Example 1 of SOLICITATION:

Name: momof1 Title: surrogate mother looking for a wonderful couple

Hello all.. I usually stay in the adoption forum. I had been talking to a wonderful couple, and we were on our way to starting our surrogacy journey. Sadly the wife has become ill, and they are not ready to move forward with it. I'm saddend, but I understand their situation. But that puts me back at square one... I again have to start looking for a new family to work with. Would love to talk to anyone that has any questions, or who is intrested in surrogacy!

She even advertises the cost:

I know that I do not want a family to go into debt to have a child. I do not come on this site to find a family. But I have had alot of people email me. And I have found a wonderful family I'm speaking with. But they way you phrase "what are you women charging"... I find a little insulting. You make it sound that all we are doing is trying to make money. I wish I could have a child for another family and do it for nothing. But I'm not in that position. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hurting for money. But I just can't do that. I know for a fact that alot of first time surrogate mothers can charge anywhere for $18-$22 thousand just for their compensation.
And then there are extras...for example:
1. travel expenses
2. maternity clothes
3. money for the implantation of the embryo (for a GS), and for insemenation (for a TS)
4. extra for carrying multiples
5. extra for a c-section
6. house cleaning (for later on in pregancy)
7. insurance (only if the surrogate insurance will not cover it)
plus there can be other expenses.

I'm asking for a between $15-$18 thousand.

in case noone has read about me we can provide a great home for a baby girl or boy or even both as well as twins. please read please consider!!!!!!!!!! also my e-mail is [email protected] in alabama which is where i live we only had to pay a fee to the lawyer of 500.00 and we had to get the birth mother to sighn her rights away and wait till the child was to be born which she had 14 days after the birth to change her mind. which she did before the baby was born. we do not have to get a home study unless going through a agencey. so please help us fill our hearts with the joy of helping a child who needs a home.please respond !!!

Name: Jennifers Title: Giving my baby away

I'm pregnant, i dont want to have a child, but the thought of an abortion kills me, can someone help me? please ?
i'm an attractive, brunette, brown eyes, reasonably thin, nice features, someone help me please, does anyone want a baby?

This isn't the adoption forum so I really don't think any of us are interested in yet more drama. People should be wary of trying to meet a person to adopt their child from on-line anyways. Rarely does it work out...go through a legitimate agency PEOPLE!!!!!!

Thank you Kristy! Where have you been girl?
