Hi, I am only 14w and yesterday I noticed a clear liquid (colostrum) leaking out of my nipples. I am worried because I had a miscarriage before, and I started lactating about a week after because my body thought I had given birth!! Has anyone else started lactating so soon, or heard of this happening so early in pregnancy?

I remember lactating very early being pregnant with my daughter. I think I was 3 months pregnant. So I don't think you have anything to worry about dear. Good luck!!!!!!!

I noticed that I started to lactate at 20 weeks. When I asked my Dr. about this he said that for some women it is totally normal to lactate at an early stage of pregnancy, it just depends on you.
