so it wasn't much of a Lamaze class, it was from 8am till 5pm and only about an hour of it was actually on breathing, the rest of it was really good, we watched a real birth, and a few other dvd, the teacher was really smart any factual, and she had a great personality. We also got a book on the whole thing, with tons of pictures and diagrams, and im really glad that i have it. any questions that i had she answered, and we went on a tour of the hospitals birthing room. and i met one of the nurses, and shes seemed so wonderful! so it was ma and my Mom for the Lamaze class, since Chris isn't here, and i almost wish i was by myself, my mom was so intent on making sure that the Teacher covered all aspect of having a baby, it was soooo annoying, she kept asking soo are you gonna explain about this?? are you gonna Explain about this, over and over!! I just wanted to say shut up im trying to learn, just because you had 3 births doesn't make you a fucking expert! and my mom was so pissed because she was saying how important the whole breathing thing was and i was so glad that we only spent an hour on it.. but she kept saying how im not relaxing, when of course i cant, my mom is sitting behind me telling me how to breath when we are listening to a fucking tape that was telling us that you are on a warm soothing beach... listen to the waves and the birds, relax breath!!... im sorry but that wasn't relaxing at all! Not to mention that the lady's voice was Horrible, and shes would studded on the tape!!
if you cant tell by now im VENTING!!
so then my dad, little brother and grandparents cove over so we can all go out to dinner, my brothers favorite ting to do is Rile up the Dog... it drives me nuts, and those of you who don't know, i have a Doberman, and hes still a puppy so he gets hyper really fast, so now my fucking dog is doing laps throughout the house and then the grandparents cove over so now i have to put the dog out side because hes so wound up that he might accidentally hurt my grandparents who are in their 80s, !!! it just drives me so insane being around my parents for that long!! and then my mom goes in to how she wants to buy me one of those tapes, and i couldn't stand them, so i told her i cant relax to those and she got so pissed and took it so offensively like she made them her self!!!...
im so sick of doing all this shit by my self, i miss Chris so much and all i want is for him to be here with me and experience this whole process, and him not here makes my stress levels so much worse... damn im gonna have this kid tonight!! lol j/k

ohh and don't get me started on Chris's mom's idea of a baby shower!!! ↓

yeah, we didn't psend much time on the breathing either. But really, there's only a couple ways to breathe!! LOL....during the class, i couldn't relax either. I felt weird you know? but once you're actually in labor the breathing thing just comes naturally. you don't need to spend and entire day practicing.
tell you mom to shove that tape up her a**!!!!! if she wants it so badly she can get pregnant and buy it for herself. she's not going through the labor, YOU ARE!!!!
This is the time where it's ok to be a total bitch and be completely slefish!!! i know I was!! :-) you just have to be upfront and honest, and if they get pissed at you, too bad!!! they'll get over it!! :-)
