nah i only had that problem after giving birth =\
so im not much help.. sorry ↑ |
oh girl when i was pregnant my tailbone hurt soooo bad. my doc said to sit on a pillow. nothing helps. brooke was really low so that was part of it. but one of my docs said that if i was to have a vaginal delivery my tailbone would probably break. so yeah ask your doc about it. it went away a little in the 2nd tri but came back at the end in full force ↑ |
I had the same thing when I was pregnant and there isn't much you can do for it. Mine got to the point where I couldn't even sit because I hurt so bad. Here's my suggestion, if you don't have one, get one of those large inflatable exercise balls (they are sold in the exercise dept of many large stores--got mine at walmart for under $15.00). For most of my pregnancy when I would sit, I would sit on one of those balls because it was the only thing that made me comfortable, as soon as I sat, the pressure in my tailbone was releived. I would also squat down and lay back against it kind of rolling myself back with my legs to help stretch my back. If that doesn't help, talk to your doctor because there may be something he/she could do for you. Good luck!!! ↑ |
