So I just realized that I have no idea when to expect my period. I guess it's one of those questions that got away from me? The reason I ask is because my bleeding from having Jasmine seemed to be pretty much gone, and I wake up this morning to bleeding about the same as a couple days after I had her. I guess im wondering if it's my period or if something else is going on? ↓

| oh, and to add to this. WHEN CAN I USE TAMPONS!! I hate pads! If this is my AF... then that means my other bleeding was done with, so does that mean I am healed enough to use tampons again? ↑ |

| i had a csection and the dr recomended not to use tampons till my second af. i had my daughter on march 5. i stopped bleeding from my pregnancy 3 weeks after and then started april 9 or sometime around that. i used pads the whole time but i was also at home so it was ok i didnt mind. my second af came on may 6th or 7th and i used tampons but it hurt putting them in at first. i would consult your dr on when you can start. i dont see why you couldnt do it because you had a csection its not like we gave a vagi birth. but just call your nurse. ↑ |

| now that i look at it it might still be some blood left over from your pregnancy. mind didnt come for like 2 weeks after my 3 weeks bleed from having my baby. i wouldnt use tampons at all. ↑ |

after I had Anika i bled for a while then it stopped and a few days later i started to bleed again a bit. it wasn't my period...just more bleeding....
are you breastfeeding?
alot of people won't get their periods back until they stop breastfeeding. but i have heard people getting their periods while breastfeeding too!!! i guess everyone is different. lol....
after that second bleeding i had, i didn't get a period at all while breastfeeding, but then around when anika was 4 months old i got pregnant again.......MAN.....i cant even remember what a period should feel like anymore!! lol ↑ |

| well not to be too graphic or anything. But it makes me wonder because up until today it wasnt like blood red anymore.. it was more brown.. and today it's red again and kind of clotty like a period.. yeah I know thats TMI but we're all girls in here lol. ↑ |

| My Dr. told me at like 10-14 days usually you'll start bleeding again because you're losing more lining and it will be a little clotty. So since you guys are 3 weeks out maybe you're still shedding the lining and it just happend a little later than "normal", or I guess it's possible it's your period. ↑ |

| you can resume some bleeding a few weeks after the baby even after you seem to have stopped. That happened to me and to my friend. Kendra is 8 weeks old and I jsut got my cycle last week. It only lasted for 4 days though. ↑ |
