| if the people you are going to be giving the announcement is going to be a grandma or grandpa, buy a mug or t shirt that says worlds best grandma/grandpa or aunt, whatever. They will love it and always be able to use it! good luck! ↑ |
Well, what I"m thinking of doing is when I send out thankyou notes for my son's first birthday is including a line at the end that says something to the effect of "We feel so blessed to have steven and loving and caring family and friends around us, We hope that you will be as excited as we are to welcome our new addition arriving in early may" so if you have some event coming up where a polite follow up is already expected it might be neat to sneak the announcement in there at the end..Just a suggestion. If you come up with something else I'd love to hear as I am trying to find a creative way to announce my pregnancy also. Congratulations and good luck.
