A friend of mine said to take Tylenol cold and allergy. So thats what I took but Im so scared that anything I take will harm the baby. Its my first time being pregnant. So can anyone help?? Please!!! Sudafed is safe to take during pregnancy, although for me it never helped very much. You can also drink herbal tea (no caffeine) and you can take PLAIN Robitussin, not the kind with extra stuff for nightime or for coughing, just the basic original kind. You can take most cough drops and throat lozenges, and I think you might be able to take Claritin for allergies, but I'm not positive. I just got a list of approved meds. from my doc. I'll go find it and list what you can take for your symptoms!
