Tyler is almost 6 months. on the 14th he will be. Every time we change his diaper he Grabs his little peter LMAO.. which is fine, and I'm sure it feels good, but he grabs him self so much and so hard that he scratches every thing and get all red and some times he cuts his self, but he keeps doing it, if Chris is home i call him in to help me, because some onehas to hold his arms down.
and today really made me mad lol he jammed his hands soo fast down his diaper that i didn't realize that it was poopy till his hands came out, and he got crap all over his self and so into the bath he went, but i guess i was just wondering if you guys have this problem with your little ones, or if you have any advice thay you all care to dish out ↓

Yup, Christian is going to be 6 months on the 24th.
He recently "discovered" his penis. Or he'lll try to grab his foot while changing, Its annoying espically when you just want to change him and but done with it.
I asked my mom to help one day and she said "what am i here for?" And she gave him a toy and he was fine.
Sometimes he doesn't want a toy, sometimes its my phone or remote, and i give it to him. Honestly anything just to have him preocciped while changing him.
Also about the cuts and scrathes, clip his nail more often or lower. ↑ |

| ya he has 2 toys that hang just above his changing pad, and he use to play with them all the time and still does, but i guess the toys don't feel as good as him touching his penis does LOL ↑ |

Lol, isn't that gross.
Sometimes when Christian will get a hold on his he'll look at me and smile, lol. I'm like, "you perv".
Try a different toy, or your cell (just watch for the drool and putting it in his month) with my cell i put a game on with music and he just look at it, or try the remote control.
He maybe just bored with the 2 toys that hang above the changing table. ↑ |

| You could try putting socks on his hands when you change him, he will still put his hands down there, but at least he won't be able to scratch himself. My son did that, but it didn't last long before he got bored with it, lol, and moved on to playing with something else. ↑ |

| Kaden loves his Mr. Winky--he has gotten poopy hands quite often because of it---I just usually try to distract with a toy or bottle/sippy cup before we change diapers..... ↑ |

| Ian is just about 7 months and hasn't grabbed for it yet. But one of my books says that it's very common to grab on once they discover it just like their feet. Ian still loves shoving his feet in his mouth so it's probably just a matter of time before he begins to grab at other things :) ↑ |

| mall, he doesnt move until hes all cleaned up. diaper time is fairly easy for me, i dono about scott though but ive been doing it since i was 5. yay for cousins, brother, sister, n other kids. i grew up in a daycare as the oldest kid so i took care of all 15 other kids there. it was ran in a home, not facility. ↑ |

| i've always heard that boys do that but i never knew little girls did until i had my own!....they do it every chance they get lol well emma not so much anymore now that she is getting older and all about privacy and stuff but gracie touches herself everytime she gets the chance...and sinse she loves to strip off all of her clothes and be naked most of the time, she gets pleanty of chance lol.....but atleast now i know that she'll out grow it soon sinse emma did (hopefully! lol) ↑ |

I give Kaden a tube of diaper cream when I change him. He is not allowed to play with it other than when I am changing him. Sometimes I put my legs on top of his arms to keep him from getting away. I find diaper changes much easier than dressing him.
As for the touching himself, Kaden sits in the bathtub with his back to me and cups his balls LOL or he will rub himself with a toy. I guess it's normal... We just laugh at him. ↑ |
