I just found out I'm pregnant. My cycle has always been irregular, so when I missed my period it didn't cross my mind I was pregnant (after not using protection for 5 years I didn't think it was possible). I've been experiencing symptoms, but didn't put two and two together until I almost fainted at clinicals (I'm a nursing student) and my instructor told me to get a test. It came up positive. SO I got another, it was positive... I confirmed it at planned parenthood.

So my questions.... I experienced breast tenderness about 4-6 wks ago, not so much now. I've had frequent urination symptoms for about 4 wks, still continue. Off and on again cravings for 4 wks and nausea for about 4-6 weeks.

Moms- how far along do you think I am? I think my last period was early October, does this add up right?

I haven't been to the doctor yet. What will my first exam be like? Will they be able to do some kind of test or feel my uterus to guess a due date?

Did you cut down on smoking, quit, or continue? Any suggestions on how to quit?

Thanks! I'm sure I'll have more questions, thats all I can think of now.
