Hi, I am 33 years old and have been married for 12 years. I am 17 weeks pregnant with my first child. You would think that I would be ecstatic. Don't get me wrong, I am happy. I am just so scared of the process and actual delivery. I welcome any advice - please!!!

Hey Stacey i have two children and pregnant again. I'm 34 and it's been six years since i was last pregnant. I know your scared and that's normal. Just try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy.
By the way how's it going so far?

Hi Rebecca, everything is going good. No morning sickness or anything. I believe I'm beginning to feel the baby move. Good luck on your pregnancy also.

Stacey
Its normal to be scared talk to your dr about your concerns and fears so he/she can help you get over them so you can enjoy your pregnancy. I had an emergency c section 5 years ago with my 1st now im pregnant & due in June and Im scared of the whole delivery thing to especially because i will have a different dr i moved out of state. I get insurance next month so i can see a dr. I had 2 m/c in between my daughter and this so im nervouse of that to.

how far along are you? i'm still waiting on my insurance to kick in too alreadty16 weeks here. Do you think its a big deal that I havent been to docs yet. All my other pregnancies have been perfect with no complications. this one has been smooth so far except the first few months of morning sickness. I think I have actually felt the baby move too so I'm hoping all will be fine when I finally get to doc's. Let me know how your first visit turns out too:) oh by the way my name is Michelle also. Take care

Thanks Michelle and Michelle (2) for the comments. I went in to get an annual checkup and found out that I was pregnant. I was already 15 1/2 weeks at that point. Just make sure you get to the dr's office as soon as your insurance kicks in. Good luck

I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter. The ticks here are horrendous in the summer. I am from north central mass, I'd say the name of the town but you probably have never heard of it lol, its really small. I'm due to have a baby in may and I plan on naming her Payton, if its a girl. Payton Elaine. Elaine is after her late Meme'. I've always loved that name. I hope your daughter can get rid of her lyme disease. I feel so bad for her.:( take care
