Since im so skinny she sai dthat i may feel every single thing . Since its been the weekend i havent called the doctor . Should i be concerned ? My friends say its common but its been going on for 3 days now on and off .

Start being concerned when you start bleeding....
But because you are 14 weeks you are pretty much in the safe zone and are most likely NOT miscarrying... I had pains on my side too, and my midwife said it was just my uetrus stretching to make room for my baby to grow, and its very painful !!

Prob just your uterus stretching.

Wait up, you are 14 weeks and found out what the sex of your baby is? The tech couldnt even tell what I was having at 18 weeks. I really find that hard to believe at almost 15 weeks you already know the sex of your baby.

lol yeh im thinking the same thing, 14 weeks?? damn thats early.. i dont even think they have a penis that early ???

At 14-weeks I had a scan on my son, and was told it was much too early to tell. I had another scan at 17-weeks, and again was told it's very difficult to tell, it was 20-weeks before I found out I was having a boy.

Dara, I had the same weight prob. I'm 5'6. When I got pregnant, I weighed 97lb. I gained around 26lb during my pregnancy, and 9 months after giving birth, I'm 110lb. So pregnancy was good for me!

Yep , the baby already has developed its sexual organs and he wasnt shy to show us either . I have had a miscarriage b4 so the ultrasound tech wanted to see me again at 14 wks and i used to work for her husband and she is the sweetest . Im studying to be a ultrasound tech b/c of her and yes you can definately find out that early . Im thrilled we did find out so early !

That could be the cord or something else I have never herd anyone finding out their babys sex that early. Sex organs are not fully developed at 14 weeks. BUT if it is a boy part congratz!

Ok you guys ....... for those of you who dont believe me at 10 weeks the sexual organs are developing and producing large qualities of urine . At 10 weeks the boys are producing testosterone - even this early on ! At 11 weeks the ovaries are of a girl are developing . At 12 weeks the babies start producing horomones . All i know is that it is definately a boy and he wasnt shy to show us either for about 6 pictures . I did see the cord as well as a little penis . By 20 weeks everything should be fully formed . Even though it was early you can still tell if its a boy or not ! Im study this in school !

While everything may be formed by 20 weeks, the testes will not have descended yet. Also never heard of anyone finding out at 14 weeks. Earliest I've heard of is 17 weeks. But if you say so. :)

I found out at 12 weeks with both kids. They can see whether or not your baby has ovaries in the scan.

the best advise i can give you is go see a Doctor. You know how everyone always have their own opinions which they draw from their experiences. It doesnt mean that it will apply to you. so dont panic until your Doc says panic!

14 weeks is NOT too early to find out the sex, it might be harder to see it and their guesses arnt as accurate as a baby that is 20 weeks but you can still tell in some babies,

I just looked at your pictures, he is def a boy, you can see the little shape that looks like a "Turtle" LOL that's what my ultra sound tech said!!

Well then congratz on your lil man. Just keep a open mind as my friend had 4 ultrasounds and was told she was having a boy because of pics similar to these that showed a "penis" or "turtle" and her last one was when she was 7 months "still a boy" and her boy was delivered a girl.
